Candidate seeking admission in IIFT are required to fill the prescribed from enclosed
with the Prospectus. The Prospectus priced at Rs. 300/ may be obtained from IIFT,
Surat Center between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.

The application form affixed in the Prospectus duly filled in and accompanied by
the following:

- True attested copies of mark sheets of all Examinations passed.
- Six Passport size photographs.
- One attested copies of the Residence Proof
